Alta Fermentazione
Alta Fermentazione will lead spectators around the four corners of the Italian beer map. Entering the world of artisanal production, we will discover how - by expertly combining water, barley, hops and yeast - we can choose a different "lifestyle" approach to beer drinking. In this one-hour documentary we start with the brew and then follow these "intrepid" brewers in their work, uncovering the secrets of their passion and dedication.
