Cristina Mazza

has been making documentry films since 1998. She majored in theatre at university and had hands-on theatrical and cinema training working with Marco Ferreri,  Otar Iosseliani, Alberto Grifi, Silvano Agosti, Le Cirque Bidon, Pippo Del Bono, Eugene Durif, Guy Alloucherie, Roberto Castello, Danio Manfredini andMonica Francia.

Her film Lo sguardo libero won at the HEVIYA AZADIYE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL, dedicated to curdish culture (2004) con. She was awarded the DAMS PRIZE FOR CINEMA in 2005 with  Choix de vie. In 2007 she founded Zebra Production.
