The course is aimed at filmmakers under the age of 35. The Ministry of Youth Politics has not imposed this age-limit as mandatory, so even older filmmakers may be considered. It is the aim of this Campus to promote viable projects, although priority will be given to filmmakers under 35.
You can try! In this case the selecting committee will focus its evaluation on your idea for a film or television project to be developed, its feasibility and, of course, your motivation.
Should your project be accepted as suitable, your lack of experience will not exclude you from participation.
Not exactly. The aim of the CAMPUS is to foster learning through the production process itself. Training takes place, therefore, mostly through the development of one's own projects and only minimally through the format of actual lessons.
It's a good idea. The organization will see to registering synopses and projects of candidates selected to participate in the Campus, if they have not already been registered.
Ideas and proposals for the development of documentaries, works of fiction and even serials can all be acceptable. Specifically, feature films, television series and and mini-series. Even documentaries which foresee several episodes or installments will be taken into consideration.
Yes, as long as they have a good working knowledge of both Italian and English.
Currently no scholarships are being offered but a 10% discount is available to members of Doc.it and D.E.R. associations.

No, as explained in the call for applications, ideas or projects must be presented by means of a maximum of three pages written in Italian
The main objective of the Campus is to develop projects to compete in the international and domestic marketplace. Therefore, the work will focus especially on the writing aspects but also on gaining a practical knowledge of the cine-television markets in Italy and abroad.
No seminars on techniques of filming or editing are planned. But there will be a group workshop activity in which participants will collectively write and produce short features or documentaries during the course of the Campus.
