Paolo Muran, director and cameraman, was born in Bologna, where he still lives and works.
Since 1980 he has been a partner in the Studio Pierrot e la Rosa of Bologna. Over the years he has produced a great number of informational videos for public and private companies.
Together with the others in the Pierrot group (Luca Buelli, Lamberto Borsetti, Guglielmo Rossi) he has been collaborating on documentary filmmaking with Gianni Celati since 1990.
And in collaboration with his friends (Franco Arminio, Ermanno Cavazzoni, Gianni Celati, Giorgio Comaschi) he has been having tons of fun producing short features and documentaries.
